Mia Simon

Mia founded World Positive Foods in 2024. She has deep expertise in scaling operationally complex businesses that delight customers. She also has a deep love of healthy and tasty food. 

Before founding World Positive Foods, Mia spent 10+ years at Redfin, most recently as Vice President of a $250M business line. Mia was also an associate in the corporate litigation group of Jones Day, and an extern to the Hon. Dean D. Pregerson in United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mia has B.A. and J.D. degrees from U.C Berkeley, an LLM from Stockholm University, and a certificate in product management from the Stanford School of Engineering. She lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and son.

Meet Stefani! With a passion for innovation and quality, Stefani is excited to be part of the mission to create the finest twice-fermented beverages. Having years of experience in the coffee industry, Stefani has developed an expert understanding of flavor profiling, honing the ability to identify and balance complex flavor notes in every cup. This extensive knowledge of flavor nuances is now being applied to crafting exceptional, fermented beverages, where precision and creativity come together to create bold, distinctive flavors.

Stefani is committed to crafting delicious, nutritious drinks without any added junk, and is thrilled to contribute her own expertise and energy to help grow the brand. Known for her collaborative spirit and creative approach, Stefani is always looking for ways to make the world of beverages even better.

She believes in living life with purpose, and is proud to be part of a team that shares those values.

Stefani graduated from U.C Berkeley with a B.A in Sociology and Legal Studies.
